Registration for the 2018 season is now open. We only have a limited number of openings for new families each season, so please sign up soon if you are interested.

Note: If you are an experienced skier and interested in helping coach one of our groups this season, please contact us at email@example.com.
If you can’t join us this season but want to be notified of early registration next year, click here to be added to our email list.
Registration is easy with our online registration form. When you have finished entering your information you will be asked to pay for your club membership online using PayPal or a credit card.
There are a limited number of spaces available in the program. If your child was in the program last year or on the wait list, you have the first opportunity to register for the program. If you choose to not take advantage of early registration, there might not be a spot available for your child, so please register early to ensure your spot!
If you have questions about registration please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Membership costs for 2018 include a club fee of $40.00 per family, plus the NENSA (New England Nordic Ski Association) fee of $25.00 per child. In addition, each family must maintain an active membership with The Trustees of Reservations. The family membership to The Trustees is $67.00 per year. You can get a new membership or renew at Notchview when you first visit this season. Berkshire Trails members are provided with a family ski pass, good for the entire season of skiing at Notchview. If you have questions about Trustees membership, contact Jim Caffrey at Notchview (email@example.com).
It takes a village…
Please remember the Bill Koch program is a completely parent-run, volunteer organization and every family is expected to volunteer in some capacity. In order to ensure that every child has a positive experience, we especially need more coaches, assistant coaches and parent helpers. Parent helpers are an integral part and enthusiasm is the only requirement. In addition, we need parent help with administrative tasks and waxing before our Sunday sessions. Let us know how you can help!
Here’s to a great season!
