Registration is easy with our online registration form. When you have finished entering your information you will have the option of paying your club membership online using PayPal or a credit card, or by mailing us a check.
There are a limited number of spaces available in the program. If your child was in the program last year or on the wait list, you have the first opportunity to register for the program. If you choose to not take advantage of early registration, there might not be a spot available for your child, so please register early to ensure your spot!
If you have questions about registration please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Membership costs for 2014 include a club fee of $40.00 per family, plus the NENSA (New England Nordic Ski Association) fee of $25.00 per child. In addition, each family must maintain an active membership with The Trustees of Reservations. The family membership to The Trustees is $67.00 per year. Berkshire Outfitters in Adams is offering a special package to purchase skis (Order Form) and will deliver the skis to Notchview; the Arcadian Shop in Lenox will offer a discount to league members as well.
Please note that you will need your Trustees membership number and expiration date to complete the registration process.
Trustees of Reservations Membership
Notchview Reservation in Windsor, MA, where our club is hosted, is a part of The Trustees of Reservations. In order to participate in the Berkshire Trails Bill Koch Youth Ski League, all families must maintain an active Trustees membership. As part of your (tax deductible) membership in The Trustees, Berkshire Trails members are provided with a family ski pass, good for the entire season of skiing at Notchview. Families that are not current members of The Trustees, can join or renew their membership online. If you have questions about Trustees membership, contact Jim Caffrey at Notchview (email@example.com).
It takes a village…
Please remember the Bill Koch program is a completely parent-run, volunteer organization and every family is expected to volunteer in some capacity. In order to ensure that every child has a positive experience, we especially need more coaches, assistant coaches and parent helpers. Parent helpers are an integral part and enthusiasm is the only requirement. In addition, we need parent help with administrative tasks and waxing before our Sunday sessions. Let us know how you can help!
Here’s to a great season!
