Registration for the 2022 ski season is CLOSED. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org to be placed on the 2022 wait list.
Our club will hold practices on Sundays from 1:30-3:00 from January 2, 2022 through March 13, 2022.
The BKL Board of Directors and Trustees of Reservations are developing COVID protocols for the coming season. Please refer to the COVID tab.
If you can’t join us this season but want to be notified of early registration for 2023, click here to be added to our email list.
Registration is easy with our online registration form. When you have finished entering your information you will be asked to pay for your club membership online using PayPal or a credit card.
There are a limited number of spaces available in the program. If your child was in the program last year or on the wait list, you have the first opportunity to register for the program. If you choose to not take advantage of early registration, there might not be a spot available for your child, so please register early to ensure your spot!
If you have questions about registration please contact us at email@example.com.
You are responsible for paying two separate fees to join the ski league.
Fee 1) Ski League Registration: The registration fee is paid to the ski league. The fee is $75.00 for one child, $150 for two children, and $225 for three children. (Of this amount, the ski league will pay NENSA $25 per child for NENSA’s fee. Please do not pay your own fee to NENSA as the ski league takes care of this.)
Fee 2) The Trustees of Reservations: Each family must maintain an active membership with The Trustees of Reservations. The family membership is $70.00 per year, and you can get a new membership or renew at Notchview when you first visit. Berkshire Trails members are given a season family ski pass for Notchview. If you have questions about Trustees membership, contact Jim Caffrey at Notchview (firstname.lastname@example.org). The Trustees membership also entitles you to take advantage of all of the different properties that the Trustees own.
It takes a village…
Please remember the Bill Koch program is a completely parent-run, volunteer organization and every family is expected to volunteer in some capacity. In order to ensure that every child has a positive experience, we especially need more coaches, assistant coaches and parent helpers. Parent helpers are an integral part and enthusiasm is the only requirement. In addition, we need parent help with administrative tasks and waxing before our Sunday sessions. Let us know how you can help!
Here’s to a great season!
